Production capacities of our plant let us produce 250 mln. syringes and 10 mln. sets per year. At present our company is looking for suppliers of materials and raw materials. At this time we are ready to conclude a contract for the delivery of raw materials as follow: 1. Polypropylene for medical use, high grade, with the following characteristics: - Melt Index 12-16 g/10min (temperature of testing is 230°С, load weight 2,16 kg, inner diameter of capillary 2,095 ± 0,005 mm, holding time of the material in the device is 4,5 ± 0,5 min. - Content of atactic fraction in polypropylene must not exceed 1%. - Content of isotactic fraction is not less than 95%. - Mass fraction of volatile material must not be more than 0,09%. - Quantity of impurities into grades is not more than 3 per 200g of granules. Our requirement in polypropylene of such kind is 1000 tons per year. We kindly ask you to give us commercial offer with specifying price and terms of delivery.
