The Republic of Yemen has received a Grant form the Government of the USA in the form of flour which has been sold. Proceeds will be applied to eligible payments under contract for supply and installation of Medical Equipment for Osailan Hospital Shabwa governorate through the Public Works Project. 2. The Public Works Project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of Medical Equipment for Osailan Hospital Shabwa governorate. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Public Works Project Alsteen St. Near Expo Exh. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of YR15, 000. 5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the World Bank Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Goods. 6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 11:00 on or before 8th Dec. 2004 and must be accompanied by a bid security of US$5000. 7.
