The Republic of Yemen has received a credit (No. 3514 Yem) from the International Development Association IDA towards the cost of the Rural Access Project RAP, and intends to apply part of the credit proceeds towards eligible payments of civil works’contracts for which this bid announcement is issued. 2. The Ministry of Public Works and Highways (MPW&H), Rural Access Project Central Management Office (RAPCMO), now invites qualified contractors from all eligible source countries as defined by the procurement guidelines under I.B.R.D loans and IDA credits to submit their sealed bids for the construction of the following road project: S.RNO.
