I Lot Tractor with 120-130 HP capacity 4 WD – 25 units; II Lot Tractor – 76-90 HP capacity 4 WD – 32 units; III Lot Tractor with 45-62 HP capacity 4 WD – 120 units; IV Lot Plough for the tractor with 120-130 HP capacity – 25 units; V Lot Disc Harrow for tractor with 120-130 HP capacity – 20 units; VI Lot Wheat planter with fertilizer sprayer for 76-90 HP capacity tractor – 8 units; VII Lot Maize planter with fertilizer sprayer for the 76-90 HP tractor – 8 units; VIII Lot Cultivator for 76-90 HP tractor – 10 units; IX Lot Vineyard Plough for 45-62 HP capacity tractor, with 6 corps – 45 units; X Lot Sprayer machine for 45-62 HP capacity tractor – 25 units; XI Lot Cultivator for 45-62 HP capacity tractor – 20 units; XII Lot Mowing machine for 45-62 HP capacity tractor – 2 units; XIII Lot Wheel Harrow for 45-62 HP capacity Tractor – 16 units; XIV Lot Balers for 45-62 HP capacity Tractor – 16 units; Detailed description of the object to be purchased will be included in the Tender documentation. 2. Goods must be delivered on a DDP condition to the following address: village Tserovani, Mtskheta District (former trial station for agricultural machinery) no later than October 30, 2006. 3.Interested persons are required to submit their Tender Proposals and Qualification Data in Georgian or in English (in sealed envelopes with appropriate indications) from August 21 through August 23, 14:00 pm at the following address: Rooms 413, 414, IV Floor, The Ministry of Agriculture, 41 Kostava St., 0179, Tbilisi, Georgia. 4.Qualification data should include the following references and information: (a)Contact info of the Tender participant (address, telephone number, Bank Account No) (b)Reference from the Court or Tax Inspection body confirming that a Tender participant is not currently subject to reorganization or liquidation; (c)Reference from the Court confirming that no bankruptcy or rehabilitation process is being raised against the Tender participant; (d)Reference from the National Public Register Agency confirming that the assets of the Tender participant are not subject to sequestration; (e)Documents confirming authorization for representation (if any); (f)Power of attorney for authorization to sign a Tender Proposal or Agreement (if required); (g)Reference from the appropriate tax inspection body confirming that the participant has no budget arrears; (h)Extract from the Entrepreneurial Register. 5.The foreign organizations willing to participate in the Tender are to submit all documents required in the Tender Announcement issued by the relevant bodies of the concerned country. 6.All the documents required in the Tender Announcement should be submitted as original documents or their notarially certified copies. Faxes will not be reviewed. 7.Qualification Data or Tender Proposals will not be accepted and admitted for review, if a candidate fails to submit all necessary documents and information as required in the Clauses 4 and in the tender documentation within the timing defined by the Clause 3; or if any of the submitted documents is false or does not meet the requirements of the tender Announcement and tender documentation set in any of the above listed Clauses. 8.Tender documentation in Georgian and/or English languages will be available for the participant candidates after submitting a receipt on payment of Tender participation fee - GEL 200, from July 26 through August 18, 2006, 17:00 pm at the following address: Rooms 413, 414, IV Floor, The Ministry of Agriculture, 41 Kostava St., 0179, Tbilisi, Georgia. 9.Tender participation fee should be paid by the persons intending to participate in the Tender to the following accounts: National Bank of Georgia, Code 220101107, Ministry of Agriculture, Bank Code 203843010, or No. 200122900, Treasury Code 302003000 as due Tender fee. 10.In order to ensure carrying out the Tender and implement the Agreement on State Procurement, a guarantee mechanism in the form of a bank guarantee will be used. 11.Additional information for the interested parties will be available at the Apparatus of the Tender Committee at the following address: Tel: (+995 32) 999 240, Rooms 413, 412, IV Floor, The Ministry of Agriculture, 41 Kostava St., 0179, Tbilisi, Georgia.
