I am now establishing a Compounding Company in China manufacturing mainly PVC/NBR-based TPE. Would you have an interest in participating? Some other Compounding Technologies I could provide you with (Technology Manuals and assistance in your plant) are: PP/EPDM-based TPV, SEBS-compounds, EVA/SBS-based CapLiner-compounds (The blue seals in the PP-caps of PET-bottles), Grafting of Maleic Anhydride (Adhesion Polymers, Compatibilizers, Coupling Agents etc. Adhesion Polymers especially for Steel/Epoxy/Adhesion Polymer/PE-gas transmission pipes), Vinylsilane (Water-crosslinking) etc., Polymer Alloys, Non-Halogen Flame-Retardant Cable Compounds, Peelable Seal Compounds for Packaging Materials etc. There are also some interesting Techologies which I developed at my previous company Optatech, the Patents of which have now expired. These are: LUBOTENE (PE and PP with Silicone-Side-Chains, made from Ethylene-Silane-Copolymer or PE-g-Silane & PP-g-Silane and Silicone with Silanol End-Groups); PACREL (Oil Resistant TPV made with Solid-State-Polymerisation and with crosslinked Polyacrylate as the dispersed phase). Recently I sold the Technology Manual for LUBOTENE to two companies in Europe for 1200 EUR. I can sell one to you too for the same price. LUBOTENE can be coextruded to release liners, backing film for tapes, protection film etc. or used as an additive to decrease the friction factor or improve the scratch resistance. I can also provide Technologies for Biopolymers, Electrically Conductive Polymers etc. Please, consider the Technologies I have suggested and present your own ideas and I will come back to you.
