(OOO NPTs \"Dneprotehnologuii\" /Company Limited the scientific and production centre \"Dneprotechnologies”/) treats precious metals and is interested in purchasing of large quantities of raw gold (further – raw materials). Being the official supplier of precious metals for National bank of Ukraine, our enterprise has all necessary permissions and licences for gold import and treating. According to requirements of the National bank it is necessary to make not less than 2 control deliveries by 5 kg of raw gold to our country for confirmation of quality of raw materials and economic feasibility (financial viability) of the constant contract. It is a necessary condition as we co-ordinate the contract and all our actions with the State in person of the State National bank of Ukraine, it supervises us, and consequently, is responsible for our actions. The following deliveries are planned at a rate of 100 kgs and more. According to requirements of the National bank and the current legislation of Ukraine, we have no possibility to carry out the full or partial advance payment of raw gold. We propose to carry out mutual settlings under the following form: our representatives come to your company, together with you examine and analyze a consignment of goods, then pay the export duty and go together with your representative to our treating enterprise where the analysis of a consignment of goods and its payment in 72 hours is made. If you were interested by our conditions of cooperation, please, urgently send us FCO (full corporate offer) and your proposals on contract conditions. We will immediately send you the draught (draft) contract for examination. We guarantee to our partners opening of visa to Ukraine, assistance in customs clearance of the goods, reception, residing, medical insurance and safety in territory of Ukraine. For visa opening it is necessary to send us (by e-mail or by fax) a copy of the passport of your representatives.
