But we are also strong intermediate of commodities such as M100 & coal etc. This time our Japanese buyer is looking for serious Russian seller who can supply M100/75. End buyers are various Chinese companies and Japanese companies which are located in China. Our requirement is as follows: QUANTITY:100`000 to 200`000 mt x 12 per each end buyer. TARGET PRICE : CIF CHINA: US$240 per MT NO UPFRONT: No accept any kind of upfront such as register fee notarization fee, POP fee , or any other concept. SIGNING OF CONTRACT : the Buyer does not go to seller`s country to sign Contract. So, electronic Signature and seal are valid. PAYMENT: by transferred DLC (Pls take note ; the word is not `transferable` DLC , it`s `transferred` DLC ) REASON : simply because , first, Chinese end buyer issue transferable DLC to Japanese seller and this Japanese seller now as buyer transfer this DLC (after reducing his profit ) to Russian end seller. That`s why the DLC that Russian end seller will receive is transferred` L/C BANKS: banks who issue DLC are prime banks who are among first 25 top bans in the world.
