General: 1. Fumigation sheet made of two layers of HDPE and a third layer of special gas barrier membrane with grid like tape fabric reinforcement for excellent resistance to Methyl Bromide and Phosphine Fumigants. The sheets should be UV-stabilized and resistant to the growth of mould and other microorganism. The sheets must be suitable for fumigating cereals, beans, must, oil seeds, peas etc. in hot-humid climate. The edges of the complete sheet should be turned and sewed/welded to give a hem of approximately 3 cm. 2. Bae Fabric-100% HDPE coated tape fabric. 3. Weight- 230-250gm/m2 4. Tensile strenghth- 850 warp 850 weft N/5cm ±20% 5. Gas permeability- Phosphine 000001mg/m2/g at 25oC and 0.7% fumigant concentration Methyl Bromide 0.0005mg/m2/ 25oC and 0.25% fumigant concentration. 6. Test Certificate from central science Laboratory, UK or any other independent testing laboratory must be submitted along with the offer without which offer will not be accepted. 7. Colour- Olive Green/ Dark Green 8. Size – 20m×15m 9. Sample- A sample of 15×5 cm approx should be submitted along with the offer. 10. Packing- Each Fumigation sheet should be packed in carrier valise and then packed in wooden box to withstand rough handling during seaworthy export. B. Special Requirement: Two copies of Literature in English should be provided Original Literature/brochures of the company should describe the offered fumigation sheet and have related information regarding the sheet. C. Destination/ Delivery: Dy. Director, Seed Processing Centre, BADC, Beej Bhaban, Gabtoli, Mirpur, Dhaka. All materials should be delivered in good condition.
