Britannica Home Fashions, LLC has been in business since 1977. Our principle business is the manufacturing and importing of home textile products including sheet sets, quilts, coverlets, comforters, window panels, throws, decorative pillows, rugs, and other bedding accessories. Our company sells its products to a short list of the largest US retailers including Wal-mart Stores, Target Stores, Sam’s Club, Sears, JC Penney, TJ Maxx, Ross Stores, and Bed Bath and Beyond. Our strong relationships with our customers has allowed us to not only take advantage of our own design and manufacturing capabilities but also to put in front of them stocklots in the above mentioned categories. Due to our success of trading stocklots in home textiles over the years, our company has recently set up a division dedicated exclusively to this effort and we are wondering whether your company may have any excess or stock fabric that could be readily converted to finished goods, or already existing finished goods inventory that is suitable for the US market.
