There are not many producers who can produce polyester spunbond. It is very regular to produce polypropylene spunbond but we are not interested in it ( PP spundbond ) The requirement is as follows: *100% PES spunbond* *Weight 140 g/m2 * *Width - 160 cm* *Color antracit* Packing in rolls using 2 inch paper roll and rolling the PES spunbond on it - outer diameter 120cm ( 3000m ) We have quite strict requirement for following norms of European Community to be kept: *EN 12310-1 a EN 12311-1 ( see enclosed )* Pls note that the rolls must be tranported on palletts but *standing *( not laying ) because of possible deformation. The diameter must be round. Pls check regular stuffing quantity for 20′C and 40′C. ( normally it can be loaded 22pallettes in 1 truck, i.e. 66.000m ) The requirement is 500.000-600.000m per year, ie. we expect about 8-10 containers. There must be maximum 1 welding in 1 roll, i.e. 3000m in one piece or maximum in 2 pieces with 1 welding line. *Be so kind and let me know if you are able to find reliable producer in China. * *We are ready to pay commission to you to také care for this matter. * * * Awaiting your favourable reply.
