Please tell me what kinds of the companies your organisation belongs to: (1) Is your company is a mining company? a company who has an investment in the mining company? or a company who has previous experience selling to China before? Please reply. (2) In order to protect the interests of the buyer and the seller, we suggest to use the floating price rule. Do you agree on this issue? Please reply. (3) We shall open an irrevocable, non-transferable at sight L/C in favour of the supplier. L/C will be opened via Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd. . (4) The CIQ inspection report issued at the destination port will be the final settlement basis for the quality and quantity of the goods delivered. Do you agree on this issue? Please confirm. (5) L/C will be issued in favour of the supplier after receipt 2% PB from the seller\'s bank. Will you do that ? Please confirm.
