FCO with POP or last shipment papers (sanitized of course)2. They sign FCO, NCNDA, IMFPA and send back to seller with copy of first LC in place3. Full contract is sent to buyer with stipulation of full contact after first purchase in contract4. Buyer signs and returns contract5.
