( A s per the attached specifications ) N.B.1-rices quitted should be detailed and itemized, whenever possible , including FOB/CFR packing as necessary. 2-ess ential to indicate freight costs and loading port separetely ( port of destination is Alex) CFR and PRICE).3- In case of quotations covering items of weight ( about 20 KGS, Gross). Prices should be based on FOB, Airport, freight will be paid at destination.4- Prices should be firm and valid for 3 months.5- It is essential to indicate name and address of the manufacturer.6- Required Bid Bond (L.E 40 or USD 7.3 or euro 5 ) for each Ton . Valid for ( THREE) months, this amount will be corrected after opening the prices envelope, and will be increased to be (10%) after packing order and before opening L/C. All Bank charges and commissions for establishing Bank guarantee will be Borne by the seller. This bond should be indor sed by first class Egyptian Bank . 7- Catalogues , descr iption leaflets, samples or any technical details should accompany the quotation should be in a form of peroforma invoices.8- Kindly quote reference number.9- In case of delay shipment penalty of 1% per week or part of week increased to be 4% Max.10- In case of supplier did not complete shipment through L/C validty all charges of extension of L/C for another period are to be for the supplier A/C.11- All taxes dues and charges outside A.R.E to which the SELLER is liable in connection with the contracts shall be borne by seller & All taxes duties dues and charges to which the contract is liable in A.R.E shall be borne by the BUYERS.12- All Bank commission and charges for Opening L/C in A.R.E shall be borne the buyers Extension of L/A and it’s confirmation to be borne by the party that caused the extension.13- The required offer must be submitted in two envelopes.
