I am currently trying to get information on importing PhotoVoltage cells. I need to know what types of cells are available and calculate then I and V that is needed. First action would be to build a decent proto unit (of which I will send you photos and tell you about the performance.) The basic idea for one Solar panel will be to recharge a 105Ah battery in the space of one sunny day. I also build Inverter units and will try to use electricity from this to power equipment.
