The application of this Turbo Blower to supply atmospheric air to the Sulphur Furnace of Sulphuric Acid Plant, by utilising the steam generated from waste heat recovery boilers of the same plant. The input and required data is furnished below: Turbine data: 1. Inlet steam pressure Normal : 27 kg/cm2 Maximum: 30 kg/cm2 2. Inlet steam temperature Normal : 350 deg C Maximum: 370 deg C 3. Available steam quantity Minimum: 5.25 TPH Normal : 6.25 TPH Maximum : 6.50 TPH 4. Turbine Output To be given by the supplier 5. Required back pressure 6 Kg/cm2 Blower data : 1. Application of blower : To supply air to Sulphur Furnace 2. Required capacity : 6 M3/Sec 3. Required pressure : 3500 mmWC Note: 1) All pressures mentioned are gauge pressures2) It should be understood that during startup conditons the quantity and pressure of steam available will be minimum depending on the plant conditions.3) Steam supplied is Superheated4) The large variation in the availbility of steam in quantity is due to the reason that it is occassionally diverted to other user plants before it is taken to the turbine.Country:India | | 联系人: | Mr. T.
