The end product will be used for casting moulds used in ceramic tableware and sanitary ware companies.2. It is Beta grade of plaster.3. The Gypsum used will be of 92 % purity. The feed size will be of 6-8 inch. Sio2= 6-8 %,. LOI= 16-18 %.4. The combined water ( H2O) in the end product will be 5.5-- 6.5 %.5. Ageing of the final product will be of at least 36 hours.6. M.O.R ( strength) = 50- 80 Kg/cm2, depending upon the grade of Gypsum used and kind of additive used.7. Fineness should be atleast 0.5 % on 250 mesh / 63 microns.8. The Gypsum used will be natural rock.9. It will be installed in Jaipur city in INDIA.10 Available empty land is of size 180 * 900 feet.11. Estimated capacity should be approx 2000 MT per month or 24000 MT per year, on 24 hour working 330 days.12. Power available is 390-410 V, 3 phase 50 Hz.13. We require complete fully automatic plant from feeding to packing, with good control of combined water and fineness of the end product.14. Packing will be 50 kg/ bag.15. Maximum ambient temperature during the year= 46 C and minimum is 12 C.16. The end product will be 100 % used for export.If you require any other information then information, then please let us know.We require the following information from you-----1. What is the difference in the plant if we us coal/heavy oil/ light oil.16. Is it possible to use heavy/light oil in the same plant.17. What KCAL requires to produce 1 ton of end product.18. Which technology is better,, Open kettle or Vertical calcining furnace.19. The outside temperature of the furnace.20. Please send some actual photos of this plant along with the layout diagram.21.
