For our proto-type development we are presently using SHICOHO make dc micro-motor of OD:-4mm, operating voltage 3VDC-5VDC, body length:-11mm. We would like to have some minute Important changes as required by our application. If its possible from your side, we could have good business on Guarnteed long term agreement basis. We may have a personal meet with you on this part. In regular application of dc micro-motor as vibrator in mobile phones do have force on rotational side(centrifugal force), whereas we are into application that has force { of approx. 200 to 300grams} in linear direction, in line with the motor shaft and also the weight has a definate (as designed by us ) shape , the drawings of it is hereby attached along with dimensions and indication of direction of force exertion on motor shaft, in line of motor shaft. Special Protection is to to be made for The back-cap of motor for it to be fixed and do not get loosened with continuous hitting force of 200grams on the weight in line to shaft. For this we do need a motor shaft of shape as given in attachment, also we do need brushless motor, as we are into application of rotation of shaft for only 180 degrees clockwise or anti-clockwise, instead we need direct drawing of wires to outside for connection (wire length approx. 35 mm ).
